O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to not to harass the petitioner's Sooriyan Recreation Club, (Reg.Sl.No.SRG/Virudhunagar/150/2025).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Secretary of the Sooriyan Recreation Club. Due to the misbehavior of some members, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent. But, ununiformed personnel trespassed into the club and harassed the petitioner. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is not having valid licence for running the club and the petitioner only obtained licence for the society. In order to conduct enquiry, the third respondent visited the club. They have not harassed the petitioner.

4. considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the petitioner is also not in a position to produce the licence for running recreation club and only the society was registered under the relevant Act, Page No. 2 of 4

this Court, recording the same, directs the petitioner to produce the licence for running club within a period of one month from the date of this order before the third respondent. Till such time, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the activities of the club. However, if any unlawful activities done in the club, the respondents shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
