The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of the revision pending on the file of the respondent from 24.04.2024. 1/3
2. I have heard Mr.K.Appadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the pendency of the petitioner's revision right from April, 2024 onwards, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to hear the pending revision on merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondent in the said revision and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
