ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned show cause notice issued by the first respondent, dated 15.11.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to return the petitioner's passport bearing Registration No.L56 86 570 under the surrender certificate issued by the first respondent in File No.MD2077382234913, dated 06.12.2017, within time stipulated by this Court. 2.A counter affidavit has been filed by the first respondent, wherein in Paragraph No.12 it has been stated as follows:-

"6. It is submitted that the passport No.L5686570, dated 19.12.2013, surrendered by the petitioner was already returned to the petitioner on 11.11.2020."

3. In the light of the above statements, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
