RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honorable court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8309 / 2021 vide its order dated 25/06/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PITCHAIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.OP(MD)No.8309 of 2021, dated 25.06.2021, whereby and whereunder, the petitioners were directed to report before the respondent police daily.

2. On 13.08.2021, this Court, after hearing the learned Counsel on either side, has modified the condition and directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police for a period of 15 days, from 16.08.2021 to 01.09.2021.

3. Today, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 16.08.2021 to 01.09.2021 without fail.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition is ordered and the condition is fully relaxed.
