ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the third respondent is illegally attempting to evict him from his possession, has approached the respondent police seeking police protection and also filed this petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner and the third respondent are brothers. The petitioner has entered into an agreement with the third respondent for his property as a tenant. With a grievance that the third respondent attempted to evict the petitioner without following the due process of law, he has approached the respondent police. The respondent police have received the complaint only on 11.06.2024 and they have also treated the same as a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.332 of 2024.

3.In the event, if the petitioner is in possession of the property and if the third respondent is attempting to evict him without due 2/4

process of law, it is always open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.06.2024 NCC :
