To call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai dt. 03.02.2023 passed in Crl A No. 3 of 2021 confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate court (FTC), Pattukkottai in S.C.No. 114 of 2019 dated 09.11.2020 and set aside the same by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESHWARAN.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.GANESH BABU, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to extend the time of 10 days in order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4335 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.395 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is residing at Chennai, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks further time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended till 12.07.2024. 4.For reporting compliance on 15.07.2024.
