ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Anandharaj, Additional Public Prosecutor On behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

In the earlier occasion, on 26.02.2021, the Contempt Petition was closed in view of the submission made by the respondent that the charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai on 15.12.2019. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said undertaken was not complied with.

2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is restored to file. The respondent Police is directed to appear before this Court on 16.04.2021.
