ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant permission for conducting Kudai Festival at Sri Muppudathi Amman Temple situated in Sundarapandiyapuram Village, Tenkasi Taluk and District from 20.05.2025 to 27.05.2025 by considering the representation 2/5
of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025.
2. Heard on both sides and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
3. In view of the averments made in the petition, this Court directs the fourth respondent - Tahsildar, Tenkasi Taluk and District, Tenkasi to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025 within seven (7) days from today and pass appropriate orders as per law.
