ORDER : The Court made the following order :- While passing the order dated 18.05.2023, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail for a period of three months. In the meantime, the parties are directed to appear before the District Registrar, Madurai South Region, Madurai District for initiating action under Section 77 A of the Registration Act, which is stated to be pending.

2. It appears that it would take some more time to dispose of the matter. In view of the development, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
