[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his wife and children and to set them at liberty. 2.On instructions from the respondents, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that it appears to be a matrimonial discard between the petitioner and the detenue Mahalakshmi,

3. We do not find illegal custody. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
