By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner filed the present writ petition to quash the Impugned order in Ref.No.4967/PE1/2020 dated 08.06.2020 on the file of the second respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.13906 of 2020 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner filed a writ petition challenging the transfer order, it would suffice to pass orders only to dispose of the representation dated 10.06.2020 within a stipulated time. In the said representation, the petitioner has narrated the informatives regarding the transfer order dated 08.06.2020.

4.Mr.T.Mareesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submits that the said representation will be disposed of within a time as fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the above, this court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
