RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1296/2023 dated 02/03/2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10..30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIKANDAN.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1296 of 2023 on 02.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
