Pleased to call for the records and set aside the sentence and conviction imposed by Learned Special Judge for Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, Nagercoil in Spl.S.C.No.59 of 2017 dated 18.11.2020.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State (Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2610 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.380 of 2020, dated 26.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2610 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.380 of 2020, dated 26.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2610 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.380 of 2020, dated 26.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
