No.8308 of 2020, directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police on every Saturday and Sunday at 4.30 pm until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SHENBAGALINGAM.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID South Police Station, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil on every Saturday and Sunday at 04.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.132 of 2021, dated 10.02.2021 is relaxed.
