ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2024 in accordance with law.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the complaint of the petitioner is purely civil in nature, they have enquired and closed the same on 24.01.2025, by advising the petitioner to approach the Court and workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner 2/4

known to law. The respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
