ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the petitioner's complaint has not been enquired by the respondent Police, has filed this writ petition.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the respondents 4 to 6 that they broke open the Temple Hundial and took money from the Hundial. The petitioner's complaint was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.207 of 2025 dated 29.03.2025. The respondents 4 to 6 have been summoned for enquiry. During the enquiry, the respondents 4 to 6 claim that they are the Administrators of the Temple and they are having every right to open the Temple Hundial and take money. Therefore, the respondent Police 2/4

has closed the petitioner's complaint.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's complaint was already enquired by the respondent Police in CSR No.207 of 2025 and they have also closed the same, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
