RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition of "b. the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders etc., dated 26.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9605 of 2021 and thereby permitting the petitioners to report before the Sedapatti Police Station instead of Avaniyapuram Police Station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SENTHIL KUMARAIAH.J, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition of reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed against the petitioners and to permit them to report before the Sedapatti Police Station.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, namely, the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners and the defacto complainant are neighbours. Further, it is a case and counter case. Since the petitioners and the defacto complainant are residing nearby the respondent Police, there is a possibility of arising new problem. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Sedapatti Police Station as and when required for interrogation.
