ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.85 of 2013 challenging an order passed in I.A.No.87 of 2013, wherein the Trial Court has closed the interim injunction application to restrain the 292nd Guru Maha Sannidhanam of Madurai Aadhinam from interfering with the petitioner's right to do all his religious and spiritual activities in the Madurai Aadhinam premises. Since 292nd Guru Maha Sannidhanam has already attained Siddhi, the closure of the said application by the Trial Court cannot be found fault with. 2/4

2. This Civil Revision Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
