Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7370 of 2021, dated 23.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 15.07.2021, without fail.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 15.07.2021.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition from 15.07.2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
