ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 91 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.100 of 2022, by the Special Court, Tirunelveli and the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
