Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent No.1 to receive the renewal fee from the Petitioner and grant renewal of the already issued licence to the petitioner to operate flour mill in Kundankulam Village, Radhapuram Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this with liberty to agitate the matter afresh after the disposal of the earlier writ petition filed by the very same petitioner in WP(MD).NO.5244 of 2016 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No. 109 of 2017 is also dismissed.
