ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.85 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai challenging the order passed in I.A.No.88 of 2013, wherein the Trial Court has closed the interim injunction application, which was filed to injunct the defendants from nominating his successor.

2. A perusal of the prayer would clearly indicate, the injunction was directed against the 292nd Guru Maha Sannidhanam of Madurai Aadhinam that he should not nominate any other successor to Madurai 2/4

Aadhinam. Admittedly, the 292nd pontiff had passed away on 13.08.2021. Therefore, the closure of interim injunction application by the Trial Court cannot be found fault with.

3. This Civil Revision Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
