ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent police namely, the Inspector of Police, Prohibitional Enforcement Wing (PEW), Palani has trespassed into the petitioner's house and also harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's husband namely one David was an accused in Prohibition cases. During the course of investigation, a search was conducting by the respondent police in the petitioner's house and the third respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. That apart, now the third respondent was transferred to some other Police Station.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the respondent is only conducting a search during an investigation and now the third respondent was also transferred to some other Police Station, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
