Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof, petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7484 of 2021, dated 30.06.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.5802 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition from 14.07.2021 to 12.08.2021 and thereafter, did not comply with the condition.

4.Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition from 13.08.2021, this Court is not inclined to the relax the condition and therefore, this petition is dismissed.
