ORDER

The petitioner who is arrayed as A-5 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 1111 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded into judicial custody in Crime No. 1111 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is become infructuous.
