Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is running a Child Welfare Home and it has also been registered under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. The petitioner seeks permission for accommodating the petition mentioned children.
3. This Court cannot straightaway issue any direction in this matter. The petitioner has to necessarily approach the respondent for passing appropriate orders. With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
