This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to take action, based on the Petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2023.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 13.05.2023 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2023 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith. 2/4
