RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the further period of two weeks to comply the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4922 of 2021 dated 31/03/2021 on the file of this Honorable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SENTHIL AYYANAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 31.03.2021, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4922 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order copy was made ready only on 08.04.2021 and the same was received on 09.04.2021. Due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner could not arrange the sureties and VAO Certificate. Hence, she seeks for extension of time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Originally, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 31.03.2021 and the petitioner is said to have received the order copy only on 09.04.2021. Thereafter, she did not surrender before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5524 of 2021 the concerned Court. Now, this petition has been filed stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner could not arrange the sureties and VAO Certificate. It is seen that this petition came to be filed only on 02.08.2021. Further, the petitioner has not assigned any valid reason seeking for extension of time and also for the delay in filing this petition.
