2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.147 of 2020 registered on the file of the third respondent. The petitioner is figuring as accused in Cr.No.146 of 2020. The petitioner's grievance is that no action has been taken based on his complaint. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition came to be filed for transfer of investigation. I am of the view that interest of justice will be served if instead of transfer of investigation, direction is issued to the second respondent to monitor the investigation.
