published in "Malai Murasu" Tamil daily dated 13/08/2018 in so far as ordering for resumption of election process from the stage of filing nominations in the 5th respondent society and quash the same as the impugned order had been superseded by the order passed by the order passed by the 2nd respondent Na.Ka.No.321/KooThe.1(1) dated 09.08.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to commence the election process for electing Board of Director of 5th respondent society from the stage of withdrawal of nominations.
