ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.01.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though the petitioner given the complaint, dated 17.01.2022, till now the respondent police has not taken any action. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR.No.41 of 2022 has been assigned and for the same, enquiry is pending. Meanwhile, the petitioner was arrested in connection with Crime No.12 of 2022, on the file of the City Crime Branch, Madurai, which is also under investigation. 2/4

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.01.2022, conduct an enquire and complete the investigation within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear for the enquiry. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
