Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PUGALENTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBISELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This Court has passed a conditional order on 05.03.2024, by directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two blood sureties and to surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Trichy, at 05.00 p.m., on 06.06.2024 and adjourned the matter today i.e.,10.06.2024 for reporting compliance.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order passed by this Court, dated 05.03.2024.
