This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner complaint, dated 12.05.2022, which is pending before the respondent police.
2. The petitioner gave a complaint before the respondent police on 12.05.2022 alleging that one Seeniammal previously sold the land to one Vigraman in the year 1990 and without disclosing the earlier sale, subsequently, she received a sum of Rs.7,20,000/- from the writ petitioner for selling the very same property by giving General Power deed. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent police, the respondent police have not taken any action. Hence, this petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) submitted that an enquiry reveals that the said Seeniammal gave a complaint against this petitioner. Subsequently, this petitioner gave a complaint against 2/6
Seeniammal and both are received by the respondent police and assigned in C.No.193/DSP/ACGSC/MD/2022 and G5/03616/1674/2022 and it is an enquiry.

On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner gave a complaint against one Seeniammal on 12.05.2022 alleging that she was received a sum of Rs.7,20,000/- for selling her property to him. Previously she sold the property to one Vigraman. The petitioner has given a complaint against the said Seeniammal. The Seeniyammal gave a complaint against this petitioner with regard to the some transaction. Both are received by the police and assigned in C.No.193/DSP/ACGSC/ MD/2022 and G5/03616/1674/2022 it is pending for enquiry.
5. In view of the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to take suitable action and to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
