ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.202 of 2022 on the file of the sixth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or fifth respondent for complete the investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the sixth respondent police have completed the 2/4

investigation and filed a final report before the PCR Court, Pudukottai District in Spl.S.C.No.71 of 2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
