This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No. 35 of 2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
