ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the first respondent to contest the case on merits. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn preserving the liberty to raise all their contentions before the authority concerned. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
