This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2022 in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 19.06.2022.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is constrained to pass a direction to the third respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner herein dated 19.06.2022 and if necessary give a police protection in accordance with law.
