This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant in C.C.No.373 of 2021 issued by the Additional Mahila Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, dated 19.05.2022 in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 to register the FIR . Since no action has been taken by the respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner has filed a petition under 156(3) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and the same was transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same is treated as private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C., in C.C.No.373 of 2021. Thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, has issued summon to the accused person and it was refused to receive by the accused persons. Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai has issued Non Bailable Warrant against them, which is still pending on the file of the second respondent. 2/4

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute Non Bailable Warrant issued against the accused in C.C.No.373 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
