ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to fence his property.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that already a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.20 of 2023, before the learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi. In view of the same, the parties will have to necessarily work out their remedy only before the Civil Court and the Police will not interfere in such civil dispute. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition.
