2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, the learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the impugned order, dated 16.09.2020 in M.C.No.1/2020/A2 passed by the first respondent, the petitioner should detain in prison from 16.09.2020 to 06.02.2021. Now almost six months have lapsed and hence due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infrcutuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.side), this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infrcutuous.
