ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the third respondent produced a copy of the order dated 17.09.2018, revoking the detention by the Central Government.

2. In view of the order dated 17.09.2018, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
