ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the husband seeking expeditious disposal of I.D.O.P.No.1108 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, originally IDOP was filed before the District Court, Trichirappalli and numbered as I.D.O.P.No.155 of 2021 and later, it was transferred to Family Court, Madurai. Though counter has been filed on 15.11.2023, the matter is yet to be taken up for trial. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

3. Considering the above said facts, the Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose off I.D.O.P.No.1108 of 2022 on or before 31.12.2024.

4. With the said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
