ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the Impugned Orders dated 17.05.2017 and dated 17.06.2017 respectively, issued by the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to grant the petitioner's Priyas Saw Mill with license for the period 2017-2018 in terms of the final order passed by the Hon'ble Madras High Court Madurai Bench in Rev.Appl.(MD) No.108 of 2010 and M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2011 and W.A.(MD) No.699 of 2009.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
