This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground for any post which he is eligible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the compassionate appointment sought for by the petitioner by his representation dated 14.06.2017, has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's mother was employed in Government Service and hence, the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered.

4. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands dismissed since one of the family members is in Government job. No costs.
