ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.29 of 2020, dated 26.12.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in the said Crime Number has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirunelveli and it was taken on file in C.C.No.984 of 2022 and that the case was posted for appearance of the accused on 30.08.2022.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
