ORDER

A detailed order was passed on 19.05.2023. The learned Single Judge of this Court in the said order, had observed as follows: "5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce the relevant documents to show the allotment of 55,591 units is under captive scheme for the calendar month of April, 2023, before the respondent concerned on or before 26.05.2023 and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on or before 02.06.2023.

6.Post the matter on 06.06.2023 for reporting compliance. "

2. It is today reported that the representation of the petitioner had been considered and orders had been passed by the respondents. Nothing further survives for adjudication. The order of the learned Single Judge had been complied with.

3. This writ petition is disposed of. It is also represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the current consumption charges for the month of April, 2023 has also been paid. Such statement is recorded. No costs.
