ORDER

This Court by an order dated 10.03.2025, directed the petitioner to deposit 60% of the compensation amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.18 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC at Magistrate Level), Thanjavur on or before 15.04.2025. Seeking extension of time to comply with the said order, the petitioner filed CRL MP(MD)No.5075 of 2025 and the same was listed on 16.04.2025 and on that day, this Court extended the time till 28.04.2025 and directed to list the matter 1/3

on 29.04.2025.

2. Thereafter, the petitioner filed another criminal miscellaneous petition in CRL MP(MD)No.6093 of 2025 seeking further extension of time to comply with the said order and the same was listed on 29.04.2025. This Court further extended the time till 02.06.2025. However, on 02.06.2025, the petitioner sought time to comply with the said order. Hence, this Court adjourned the matter on various occasions, i.e., on 19.06.2025, 26.06.2025 and finally on 03.07.2025. Even today, i.e., on 03.07.2025, the petitioner sought time for complying with the said order.

3. Despite several opportunities given to the petitioner, the petitioner did not comply with the order passed by this Court. In view of the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, CRL MP(MD)Nos.6093 of 2025 and 5075 of 2025 are dismissed.
