PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the I Additional District Court, Tirunelveli to dispose the Execution Petition in E.P.No.19 of 2017 in O.S.No.3 of 2004 on the file of the learned I Additional District Court, Tirunelveli within a time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.V.Meenakshi Sundaram (In both cases)

ORDER

The present revision petitions have been filed by the petitioners in E.P.Nos.18 & 19 of 2017 for expeditious disposal of the said execution petitions.

2. These execution petitions arise out of final decree passed in O.S.No.3 of 2004 on the file of I Additional District Court, Tirunelveli. The 1st plaintiff and the legal heirs of the 2nd plaintiff have filed two independent execution petitions and they are pending from the year 2017 onwards. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the execution petitions are ripe for enquiry and therefore, the same may be expeditiously disposed off.

3. Considering the above said facts, the I Additional District Court, 3/5

Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of E.P.Nos.18 & 19 of 2017 on or before 31.10.2024 after giving due opportunity to the parties.

4. With the said direction, both the Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
