Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
2.The petitioner has given a complaint against the private respondents on 17.09.2020. The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are encroaching his property and are also threatening him. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor admits that a complaint has been received by the fourth respondent and it is being enquired into.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.10939 of 2020 3.The fourth respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If cognizable offence is made out, the fourth respondent has to register an FIR. If no cognizable offence is made out, then the petition/enquiry shall be closed and the result shall be intimated to the petitioner without delay. In any event, the entire exercise shall be concluded within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
