3. It is seen that the second petitioner herein filed I.A.No.763 of 2019 in O.S.No.341 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Karur, vide order dated 31.03.2021. The said I.A.No.763 of 2019 has been allowed. The third respondent has no objection for the enforcement of the said order also. The said submission is recorded. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
